Dispute Resolution
The European Commission's online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on July 20, 2025 and is no longer available.
We are not willing or obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board within the meaning of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).
